Precautions for selecting water absorption rubber strip of washing machine

It is very important to use the water absorption rubber strip of washing machine. It determines whether the water absorption effect of the washing machine is good, and also determines whether the water absorption rubber strip is durable.

The difference between the use of poor and high quality water absorption strips: the poor water absorption strips are made of ordinary rubber, which are hard, resulting in incomplete sewage recovery and rapid wear. The high-quality water absorption rubber strip is made of natural rubber and imported polyurethane and other high-performance materials. The hardness is moderate, with tear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, strong scratch resistance and not easy to wear.

There are two kinds of water absorbent strips: oil resistant and common oil resistant.

1. The material of water absorption rubber strip is divided into oil resistant rubber and ordinary oil-resistant rubber. The oil resistant rubber strip or ordinary rubber strip shall be selected according to the use environment. Oil resistant rubber is suitable for the ground with oil, but its wear resistance is poor.

2. The thickness of the water absorption rubber strip selected by different brands of floor washing machines is also different. Generally, the thicker water absorption rubber strip is more durable.

3. General customers have little knowledge of the water absorption adhesive strip, so it is recommended to use the water absorption of the original factory as much as possible. Just trying to be cheap is sure to be fooled by choosing poor quality rubber strips.

The poor sewage absorption effect of the washing machine may be caused by the water absorption rubber strip, which should be checked in time:

Inspection plan:

1. Check whether the water absorption strip of the water absorption grill is clean, and check whether there are solid residues in it.

2. Check whether the water absorption rubber strip needs to be replaced. If it is replaced, please adjust the angle of the water absorption strip. For correct use, the height of the water absorption strip should be adjusted according to the abrasion of the rubber strip. In the process of cleaning the working floor, the rear rubber strip should be bent backward in its length direction.

3. Check whether the connection between the suction pipe and the inlet of the sewage tank is well connected.

4. Clean after water absorption setting.

5. Check whether the water absorption motor switch is on.

6. Check and adjust the suction raking wheel.
