3. Short circuit, open circuit or wrong wiring between turns of stator coil cause short circuit current in the generator and washer motor.

4. The work load of the generator of the washing machine is large and the work is seriously overloaded.

1. In the process of using the washing machine, it is recommended to regularly maintain and check the generator, so as to improve the working efficiency and find out the problems in time. If the reason is due to the lack of oil and timely adding complex calcium base grease, it is generally enough to fill the bearing cavity 2 / 3.

2. If the bearing is bent or eccentric wear is found during inspection, which is also the cause of motor overheating, it is necessary to replace the bearing and correct the rotor shaft, iron core, etc.

3. Use multimeter or lamp test method to check whether the stator coil is short circuited or open circuited. If so, rewind the stator coil.

4. Check whether the washer motor works under load and whether the generator is matched. If not, replace it.
