Daily precautions for using automatic floor washing machine

I. carefully read the floor washing machine manual before use, and use it safely after training. Generally, when the machine is delivered, special after-sales service personnel will be trained on the spot to pay attention to the precautions and use methods of the personnel using the washing machine in the future.

2. Please do not operate the machine until it is completely assembled. Before operating the machine, please check the integrity of the machine carefully.

3. In the area to be cleaned, carry out preliminary cleaning first, mainly for some large non-water-soluble particles, such as small stones, and other wastes that will affect the work of suction raking. The reason is that the suction raking must form a closed space with the ground before the sewage can be recycled, otherwise it will not work normally if it is not closed. This is of great benefit to your work efficiency and machine protection.

IV. for the particularly dirty ground, you can choose to wash it several times without water absorption, and then absorb water alone; or choose different cleaners to improve the cleaning effect of the ground.

V. because the ground is uneven, sometimes even after cleaning, if there is still water, the brush disc can be raised, the water absorption switch can be started, and the floor washer can be pushed to repeatedly absorb water in the water area.

Vi. there is a deep groove on the ground, which will affect the water absorption efficiency of the machine. Please handle it according to the situation at that time.

7. When the brush disc is in the rising position, do not start the brush disc motor at will, or the brush disc will be automatically removed.

VIII. Work after daily operation:

1. Wipe the outside of the washing machine with dry and wet cloth, check whether the filtering sponge is blocked by water or dirt, if any, take out the sponge and clean it, dry it before putting it in;

2. Drain the sewage in the sewage tank, and then add clean water to clean it. If it is especially dirty, take down the sewage tank and clean it;

3. Raise the brush plate and water absorption grill, park the floor washer in a dry, ventilated and flat environment without combustible gas, liquid or chemicals, open fire, and place or charge it;

4. If it is not used for a long time, clean the waste water tank and clean water tank and open the cover to dry (remove the battery from the battery washing machine). Cover the washing machine with a dustproof cloth for storage.
